Cancellation Policy:
- Full payments are non refundable after the 15th of August.
- In case of a client cancelling his/her attendance & requesting a refund, we should be notified at least 7 days before the course start date, and 50% only of the amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation notification is done by emailing cv@careeradvancers.net.
- Payments are non refundable in case of no-show up.
- If a client wishes to cancel a confirmed training then it can be exchanged with a future course within the next 6 months.

- Noha El-Sebaie is a development practitioner with extensive experience in education, employment and socio-economic development in Egypt. She is currently an advisor at GIZ working on the Employment Promotion Project. Previously she worked as a Senior Programme Assistant at the International Organization for Migration’s (IOM) Labour Migration and Human Development Unit. Noha also worked as a project manager at Nahdet el Mahrousa NGO (NM), where she led a number of programs and partnerships focusing on education, employment and civil society development. Noha holds a Master’s degree in International Development from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE), and a BA in economics and political science from Cairo University, where she also worked as an economics teaching assistant.
- Rana Gaber, has accumulated 10 years work experience in the field of development through working in several NGOs, most importantly working as Director of Programs in the Egyptian Youth Federation (an umbrella organization for youth led NGOs and the NGOs that work in youth development). Rana also worked as a consultant for the League of Arab States and the World Bank on building a representative regional platform for youth in the Arab world. She is also a co-founder of a social enterprise called Majal; acting as a network of youth initiatives working in the field of nonviolent communication, conflict resolution, Dialogue, and citizenship. In addition she is an active member in a number of youth initiatives and projects, the Ambassadors for Dialogue is one example, where she was able -with her team - to build a national team of dialogue facilitators in different universities acting as a hub for spreading the culture of dialogue. Rana developed several training manuals an conducted several trainings of trainers during the part 6 years most importantly the Civic Education and Political Participation" manual. Throughout the past two years Rana has participated in, chaired, facilitated and also was a keynote speaker and a panelist in several international conferences, most importantly the World Urban Forum and the Youth 21 conference. Rana is a Political Science graduate of Cairo University, holds a diploma of International Relations from the American University in Cairo, and a masters degree in comparative middle east politics and society.

- Arabic but most material/terminology is in English.
