AGE: 11 - 14
10 ARTERNOONS, 2 HOURS EACH
ENTER THE AMAZING WORLD OF DIGITAL ARTISANS AND BUILD YOUR FIRST ROBOT!
We'll learn how to draw and print in 3D, laser cut and move your first steps in programming, with a pinch of electronics.
And what a better place to do it than Fablab Torino, the digital fabrication laboratory where everyone can make their ideas come true?
Wood, circuits, 3D printers, laser-cutters... at the Fablab we will find all the materials and machines we'll need to (safely!) build our robots.
To make them work we're going to use an Arduino board with its basic kit: with LEDs, wires, sensors and motors we're going to learn the basics of programming. And eventually, the robot will be ours to take home!
Thanks to this workshop we will learn...
Drawing and Design - Digital Fabrication - 3D Print and Laser Cutting - Electronics and Robotics - Programming, Logic and Mathematics - Computational Thinking and Problem Solving
