A “conscious sleep” experience. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation to induce full-body relaxation and deep rest. It helps quiet the overactive mind and brings it into a conscious, meditative state. Yoga Nidra has been found to help the body cope with symptoms and side effects of cancer, reduce symptoms of anxiety, PTSD, chronic pain and insomnia. It helps us to overcome fears, anxieties and insecurities. It’s like a deep and restorative rest. 45 minutes
