Supporting you in this magical and life changing experience whilst learning Yoga techniques to help you with the potential anxiety bringing a new life into the world can bring. This course will help you maintain appropriate fitness as you adjust and prepare physically, emotionally and mentally for giving birth and looking after your baby.

What we do:This relaxed class will help you become more aware of the power f your breath, combining appropriate breathing practices (pranayama) and gentle exercise (asana) – including pelvic floor work – with meditation, some sound work (Nada Yoga) and lots of relaxation (Yoga Nidra).
Everything we do is adapted to you the individual and your pregnancy. Therapeutic work related to pregnancy specific conditions is also covered thus helping you to maintain correct posture and not exacerbate conditions such as Sciatica, Symphasis Pubis Disorder, sacral problems, Carpal Tunnel, backache etc….the list is endless!.
Suitable for women from 14th week of pregnancy onwards.
