Yoga for Radiant Health with Gernot Huber is designed to teach you how to maximize the benefits of yoga while learning to let go of detrimental behavior patterns that can creep into your practice. You will also learn how to practice in such a way as to minimize injuries, even if you have pre-existing conditions that may make you wonder whether you should practice yoga at all. Lastly, you will learn specific yoga techniques to address chronic health conditions such as back pain, poor posture, poor circulation, excessive stress, insomnia, constipation, neck tension, depression, low energy, arthritis, and osteoporosis. If you register ahead of time, you will receive a questionnaire about health conditions you have, and Gernot will tailor the workshop towards dealing with the health conditions prevalent among the participants.
Using Anusara and Forrest Yoga techniques alongside Gernot's own methods, this workshop is designed to be experiential, with about 80% asana practice and 20% discussion. With each session you will also receive a practice guide that includes photos and detailed descriptions of the poses and exercises covered.
