As the dark night’s fall, and the weather gets a little cooler, it’s time to slow down and restore the body in preparation for the winter ahead.
Alis will lead you through a delicious restorative sequence which will create space in the body. With long holds and lots of silence allowing you to fully tune into you body and feel the benefits of yoga postures.
We will finish up with a Yoga Nidra practice which will leave you feeling rested and restored.
All levels welcome.
