Mindful Flow Yoga is about focusing on the breath while practicing a sequence of movements that gradually build up warmth and energy in the body. We move through energetic and creative sequences with a lightness in a joyful atmosphere without music. This practice will strengthen your whole body, increase your flexibility and leave you glowing with energy. You will find that the 75 minutes will fly by, opening with a little mindfulness meditation which evolves into a gentle warm up preparing you for backbends and inversions before cooling down and closing with a deep relaxation. Our goal is to leave you feeling balanced and refreshed.
A single class is £15 or purchase a 6 week class card for £75 (valid for any class at the studio for two months). Class limited to 8 people so booking advised. Plenty of FREE PARKING on Dedham High Street and in Royal Square or in the car park on Mill Lane.
