WARM WINTER SALADS In cold weather, a warm salad that is high in fiber and balanced with plenty of veggies, grains and beans can be a great choice. We will make and taste a few salads that can be made quickly after a busy day. Recipes include heart healthy, plant- based dressings that will be sure to make you want more. Handouts will include recipes. Whether you are a vegetarian family or have a vegan guest, this class is for you. As always, we will end the class with a short meditation session. RSVP required.
