I am pleased to announce another mediation drop it session at “The Healthy Indulgence Cafe” Bolton.
This is were it all began and feels like home to me.
I have been running workshops and drop in sessions here for over 6 months now.
These drop in sessions are informal and as always completely free to charge at this venue.

We can’t have world peace if everyone is not invited !!!
It is aimed at people who have not tried it before, giving them a chance to come and try a simple breathing meditation.
But also anyone who just wants to come down, relax and join in.
The format will be a brief talk from myself explaining what meditation is and how it works (aprox 20 minutes), followed by a guided meditation by myself (aprox 15 minutes) and then and Q and A.
The sessions usually last 30-45 minutes.
I invite you all to come down for a chat and a brew(and maybe a piece of chocolate cake 😳) and to have a go.
We all suffer from stress at times and through a regular meditation practice we can reduce this(through the techniques of training the mind).
Stress is our thoughts about any given situation(an external event).
Therefore stress is mind created and comes from within and hence
(through the practice of meditation)
under our control.
