Are you just tired of the same negative stories, conversations or events that remain on replay in your mind? Here’s your opportunity to interrupt these patterns and by learning how to meditate, a practice that can serve as a new tool to interrupt these old patterns.
Whether you are a beginner or experienced sitter, we will find time each week to learn to calm the mind, settle your body and remain focused as you learn to look at thoughts that emerge just as they are-- thoughts that come and go without judgement. Without judgement, these thoughts lose their power over us and can we can see the way forward towards the path of liberation.
