This is a 60 minute semi-private beginner/intermediate class.In Skybody Aerial Fitness Fusion class, we do not take balance for granted. In each class, you learn how to move smarter using a fabric aerial hammock for maximum full body results. The hammock is used to increase overall equilibrium, activate multiple muscle groups throughout the entire body, ultimately burning more calories along the way. Imagine yourself being stronger, fitter, longer and leaner in record time! All classes are infused exercises inspired by Barre, Pilates, Yoga, Aerial Arts and Suspension Training techniques.

No additional equipment is necessary. You are required to wear shirts that cover the underarms. Please refrain from wearing jewelry or clothing with zippers while moving inside the fabric hammock.
Eat 60 minutes prior to class and avoid acidic type of beverages. Please bring your own personal yoga mat.
