Join us for our fun filled and relaxing Meditation Group
In this group we will visit meditations and mindfulness in its various forms, allowing us to sit in stillness and calm the mind. Reconnecting to our bodies and breath.
There will be guided meditations and various mindfulness approaches allowing us to grow in all aspects of life.
We will be running monthly themes and focus our meditations on this theme for the month.
Sit back, relax and be guided through a mind and body relaxation and visualization.
Leave with an increased sense of well-being and a positive and peaceful state of mind.
Please arrive a little early - doors will close at 7.00 pm
This is a warm and friendly group that we run weekly and invite you to join us whenever you feel the need.
This group is suitable for both beginners and those who are more experienced in meditation.
Cost is £8 and includes refreshments - Meditation ends at 8.30 and you are invited to stay for cuppa and chat afterwards.
