Fall training provides:
How to effectively train to reach you race goal, either half marathon or 10k,
training helps reduce your risk of certain medical conditions such as,
high blood pressure, stroke, diabetes and heart disease.
It also help to reduce depression, manage weight, stress
and can help you sleep better,
keeping you fit and meeting some new friends!
each Saturday at 7:00 am Please arrive at 6:45 am to get checked in and be ready to do a one mile pace route.
