Session #4 for 2017. We missed July because of so much awesome going on but we will not miss August!!
Only 20 spots are available for this session.
After the session plan on going to the
WINKING LIZARD (Macedonia) for FOOD!

This session will be in and out of water. Loaded movements will be added.
Focus will be on:
1. Extended, multi-modal work capacity evolution.
2. Mental toughness and core strength.
3. Grip strength training and team building.
4. Mobility, endurance and durability for events.

*Ruck weight standards. 20 pounds dry for anyone under 150 and 30 pounds dry for over 150.

To get started, it’s this simple: Grab a ruck (or a backpack). Put some weight in it. Round up some friends and meet us at the box for some individual as well as team fun.
