The workshop will include pranayama breathing techniques and nourishing restorative poses during which your body rests and unwinds over blankets and bolsters. The day concludes with Yoga Nidra, also called ‘yogic sleep’, an ancient technique that promotes one of the deepest possible states of relaxation.
The workshop is suitable for beginners to advanced yogis, for anyone who simply wants to unwind on a Sunday, to people who would like to address stress or stress-related ailments, such as insomnia, muscle tension, anxiety, fatigue, high blood pressure or IBS, to mention but a few.
