On SUNDAY 17th SEPTEMBER we're hosting a special screening of the critically acclaimed new documentary DISPOSSESSION: THE GREAT SOCIAL HOUSING SWINDLE.
Narrated by award-winning actor MAXINE PEAKE and directed by Paul Sng (Sleaford Mods - Invisible Britain), this MUST SEE film explores the catastrophic failures that have led to a chronic shortage of social housing.
With unprecedented access to residents, politicians and experts in the housing industry and media, Dispossession is the story of people fighting for their communities, of people who know the difference between a house and a home, and who believe that housing is a human right, not an expensive luxury.
The screening takes place at Café INDIEpendent and begins at 4.30pm (so the venue will open at 3.45, and you'll be home in time for your tea). Admission is £4.
