Wherever You Go, There You Are by Jon Kabat-Zinn & more. Also influences from books such as The Alchemist, Dalai Lama & Paulo Coelho.
It's time to finally show up for our lives and really appreciate the NOW and realise that we cannot control everything in our lives but rather flowing and accepting our current state.
